Obidinma Isaiah Okoli Onyemelukwe was born around 1937/1938 to Ezenwaka Onyemelukwe and his wife Mgbokwu Nwonu in the Ahabaoka neighborhood of Enugwu Nanka, Nanka, Anambra State Nigeria.
